Refund, Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy

1. 1-on-1 Trial Demo Pass (₹149 / 30-Day Access) & 100% Credit Guarantee

To help students evaluate certified educators before committing to a full course, VokPanda provides a structured 1-on-1 Trial Demo Pass program:

• Pass Access & Fee: Students may purchase a 30-day 1-on-1 Trial Demo Pass for ₹149 (inclusive of applicable taxes) to schedule individual trial sessions with participating certified educators.
• Fair Usage & Booking Limits: Each active Trial Demo Pass grants an allowance to book up to four (4) trial demo sessions within the 30-day period. To ensure equitable access to tutor calendars and prevent slot hoarding, students may book at most one (1) trial demo per individual tutor, and may maintain at most one (1) active scheduled demo session at any given time.
• Non-Refundable Facilitation Fee: The ₹149 pass fee is a non-refundable digital matchmaking and live video infrastructure facilitation charge. Individual demo bookings carry a ₹0 booking fee and are not subject to separate monetary refunds.
• 100% Course Fee Credit Guarantee: When an active pass holder enrolls in any full course batch or 1-on-1 package within their 30-day pass period, the entire ₹149 pass fee is automatically credited as an instant discount against Stayforall's platform convenience fee at checkout. This makes the trial demo sessions 100% free (effectively ₹0) upon continuing your studies on VokPanda.
• 100% Tutor Remuneration Protection: The ₹149 course credit is absorbed exclusively and entirely by Stayforall Plus Services Private Limited. The educator's statutory 80% instructional remuneration is 100% protected and never reduced or discounted.
• 30-Day Validity & Single Active Pass: Pass validity expires exactly 30 days from activation. Unused demo allowances and course credits cannot be extended, rolled over, or refunded after expiration. A student may hold only one (1) active pass at a time; purchasing a new pass to unlock a fresh 4-demo allowance requires waiting until the active 30-day period has elapsed.
• Demo Rescheduling & Tutor No-Show: If a tutor cancels or fails to attend a scheduled demo session, the demo booking credit is immediately restored to the student's active pass allowance (up to the 4-demo cap) so the student can rebook at no additional charge.

2. Full Course & Package Refund Framework (3 Phases)

For full course batches and 1-on-1 private lesson packages, refunds are governed by our transparent 3-phase statutory framework:

• Phase 1 — 100% Full Money-Back Guarantee (Within 24 Hours): If you purchase a full course batch or package and decide not to proceed, you are entitled to a 100% full refund of the net monetary amount paid if requested within 24 hours of purchase, provided the first live class session has not already commenced. No questions asked.
• Phase 2 — First 7 Calendar Days of Course Commencement: If a refund request is submitted after 24 hours but within the first 7 calendar days of the course start date, the Platform Convenience Fee and statutory GST (SAC 9983) are retained by Stayforall Plus Services Private Limited, while the educator's 80% instructional fee is pro-rated daily based on classes delivered. The remaining unconsumed tutor fee balance is refunded to the student.
• Phase 3 — Beyond 7 Days (Standardized Weekly Billing Cycle): If a refund request is submitted after the first 7 days, refunds are calculated on a standardized weekly cycle based on remaining uncommenced weeks of the course curriculum. Completed weeks and platform fees/GST are retained; remaining uncommenced weeks of tutoring are refunded.
• Net Amount Paid Principle: Where a student applied the ₹149 Trial Demo Pass credit during course checkout, all refund calculations apply strictly to the net monetary amount actually paid by the student through the payment gateway. The ₹149 demo pass credit is non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

3. Student Lesson Cancellations & Rescheduling

• More than 6 Hours Notice: Students may reschedule any 1-on-1 session up to 6 hours prior to the scheduled start time at zero penalty.
• Less than 2 Hours Notice: If a student cancels or fails to join a session without at least 2 hours prior notice, the lesson will be counted as completed to fairly compensate the educator who reserved that time slot.

4. Tutor Unavailability & No-Show Guarantee

If a tutor is unable to attend a scheduled session or fails to join within 10 minutes of start time without prior written communication, the lesson credit will be immediately restored to the student's balance, and the student may choose between:

• Rescheduling the lesson with the same tutor at their convenience.
• Transferring the remaining credits to another certified tutor on VokPanda.
• Requesting an immediate pro-rated cash refund for all unconsumed sessions.

5. Refund Processing Timelines & Methods

All approved refunds are credited back to the original source of payment (Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or UPI) via Razorpay.

Once initiated by our support team, refunds are typically credited to your bank account within 5 to 7 business days depending on your issuing bank's settlement cycle.

6. How to Submit a Refund Request

• Subject: "Refund Request - [Booking ID]"
• Your registered phone number and email address.
• Reason for the refund request.

Our team will process and acknowledge your request within 24 hours.
