Account & Data Deletion Policy

At VokPanda (operated by Stayforall Plus Services Private Limited), we are committed to respecting your privacy and ensuring you have complete control over your personal data. This page outlines the process for deleting your VokPanda account and associated data in accordance with Google Play Store and Apple App Store privacy policies and the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act.

1. What Data is Deleted?

When you delete your account, the following personal information is permanently purged from our primary databases within 30 days:

  • Account Profile: Your full name, email address, phone number, and profile photograph.
  • Learning Records: Your flashcard progress, spaced repetition intervals, vocabulary streaks, and quiz histories.
  • Community Activity: Your discussion lounge posts, questions, answers, and study comments.
  • AI Chat Transcripts: Your historical conversations with Panda Match Advisor.

2. What Data is Retained?

Certain transactional data may be retained for statutory and legal compliance purposes:

  • Financial Invoices & Payment Receipts: Retained for a mandatory period of 7 years in compliance with the Indian Income Tax Act and GST regulations (card and bank details are not stored).
  • Security & Abuse Prevention Logs: Anonymized server logs may be retained for fraud prevention.

3. How to Delete Your Account (Option A: In-App Instant Deletion)

Self-Serve In-App Deletion Steps:
  1. Open the VokPanda app on your iOS or Android device.
  2. Log in to your account.
  3. Navigate to the Profile tab in the bottom navigation bar.
  4. Tap on Settings & Privacy ⚙️.
  5. Scroll down and tap Delete Account & Data.
  6. Confirm the verification prompt to permanently remove your account.

4. How to Delete Your Account (Option B: Web Request)

If you have uninstalled the application or cannot access your account, you can submit an email request for data deletion:

Send an email to vokpandaofficial@gmail.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request - [Your Registered Phone/Email]".

Please include:

  • Your registered Phone Number (with country code).
  • Your registered Email Address.
  • Your Full Name.

Our Data Protection team will verify your identity and process the deletion within 48 to 72 business hours, sending you a written confirmation once completed.
