How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime with zero cancellation fees. Just open the VokPanda mobile app, navigate to your Profile → Settings → Manage Subscription, and tap cancel. You can also cancel via your Google Play or Apple ID subscriptions menu or by emailing vokpandaofficial@gmail.com.
Do I need an app subscription to book a live tutor?
No. Tutor courses and batches are booked independently from the mobile self-study pass. You can book 1-on-1 trial demo sessions with certified educators using our ₹149 30-Day Trial Demo Pass without purchasing an app subscription.
How does the ₹149 Trial Demo Pass & 100% Course Credit Guarantee work?
The 1-on-1 Trial Demo Pass (₹149) gives you 30-day access to schedule up to four (4) trial sessions with certified educators (1 per tutor, 1 active at a time to prevent schedule hoarding). When you enroll in any full course batch or package within 30 days, the entire ₹149 is automatically credited as an instant discount at checkout, deducted exclusively from VokPanda's platform fee while 100% of the tutor's pay is protected. This makes your trial sessions effectively 100% free.
What is your refund policy?
Under our Fair Marketplace Guarantee, full course bookings are eligible for a 100% full money-back refund within 24 hours of booking (before the first class commences). After 24 hours, equitable pro-rated refunds apply based on delivered classes. For mobile self-study subscriptions, you can cancel anytime with zero penalty.
